Life expectancy in the US down in 2020 and 2021: Washington Post
An article came out in The Washington Post reporting that the life expectancy dropped both in 2020 and in 2021. The decrease is larger than in many other developed countries for 2020 and for 2021 the US life expectancy dropped slightly whereas the average for the peers amounted to a slight increase. The life expectancy decreased by 1.87 years in 2020 and by 0.39 years in 2021.
What is telling is that it is discussed purely in terms of COVID. Not the growth of drug addiction due to lockdowns, not the deaths of despair, not the adverse effects of COVID vaccination - nothing but COVID could be to blame. And this is pretty telling as it serves as a good example of how mainstream, or legacy, media push a narrative and lie by structure as well as by omission.
